EUR May Fall Amid Risk-Aversion - Analyst

EUR may fall vs JPY, USD as Tokyo shares may track down in line with weak U.S. stocks (DJIA closes down 0.6% Friday), bolstering risk-aversion, says Gaitame.com analyst Kumiko Gervaise; "lingering concerns over the fiscal health in Europe as well as declines in share markets may lead to more buying of JPY," USD, considered as safer-haven currencies. Adds attention to possibility of China's additional monetary tightening could further weigh on sentiment. USD/JPY tipped in 123.50-125.50 range vs last 125.02; EUR/USD in 1.3830-1.3900 band vs 1.3870. USD/JPY may stay in 89.60-90.50 range with downward bias vs 90.11.
